EduGrowth offers Entrepreneurship opportunity to ATHE centres - 26/02/2021

ATHE recognised centre, EduGrowth is seeking delivery partners to deliver its Entrepreneurship programmes which leads to the ATHE Level 3 Award or Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

EduGrowth was launched in 2020 by former ATHE colleague Joseph Jones with a focus on training and development in business start-up and coaching and mentoring both in the UK and internationally.  We have been pleased to support Joseph and his team with ATHE qualifications in both respects.

EduGrowth’s Entrepreneurship programme has been developed with a vision of providing life-transforming learning experience for budding entrepreneurs. It includes a range of 18 modules in areas such as innovation, strategy and branding.  This unique programme is designed to reflect the reality of the start-up environment.

With modules such as Assessing Your Business Idea, Building a Brand and Presenting Your Business, there are a wide range of subject areas and learning objectives to enable learners to develop their knowledge and skills and look forward to a brighter future.

Additionally, learners are able take every module in the programme or simply take individual modules required to address skills gaps. Any combination of units can be taken to achieve this ATHE qualification, provided that the required number of credits are achieved for certification. Learners who achieve this qualification will receive 8 UCAS Points which can be a useful addition to an application to a UK university. The programme is suitable for any individuals aged 16+ so may include participants that are still in education and also older adults who may wish to start a new business but don’t currently have all the skills and knowledge required.

Benefits to delivery partners include:

  • Access to a wide range of learning resources including videos, text and audio.
  • Increased revenue.
  • Ready-made practical assessments for learners with accompanying guidance for assessors.
  • Flexibility of delivery which can be undertaken face to face, blended or fully online.

As Managing Director of EduGrowth, Joseph says “With many people’s employment circumstances in an uncertain situation with the current crisis, we believe our programme can help individuals to develop a successful self-employed future.”

Frisby’s College, a delivery partner of EduGrowth and an ATHE centre said ‘’As a training provider we've built our reputation over 25 years by offering quality programmes.  That's why we're really pleased to be working with EduGrowth and ATHE, two education organisations that put learner experience as their main priority.’’ Martin Frisby, Principal.
