These computing qualifications cover a broad range of computing specialisms and were developed to provide a foundation of skills and knowledge for those working in a variety of roles such as Programming, Information Systems Management, Web Development, Software Engineering and more.
ATHE encourages centres to combine the study of ATHE qualifications with a work placement relevant to the unit the learners are studying. All assignments must still be assessed in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Delivering ATHE Qualifications Handbook.
All ATHE recognised centres can access suggested assignments, resources and teaching and learning guidance documents by logging in to the ATHE Portal and clicking on ‘Qualification Guidance’ on the first page.
Each of our qualifications’ details are contained within a qualification specification document which includes the learning outcomes, assessment criteria, indicative content and further information.
